Kodak TRI-X Pan Film is a high-speed (ISO 400/27°) panchromatic film that is a good choice for photographing dimly lighted subjects or fast action, for photographing subjects that require good depth of field and fast shutter speeds, and for extending the distance range for flash pictures. Gorgeous in 120

I’ve been so wary of buying Tri-X because of the price and my love of grain but there’s something particularly special about it, especially in 120. I love grain typically, and find the Ilford Delta stock missing something (probably because of my developer choice currently) but Tri-X doesn’t feel flat and the quality of what comes straight from my negatives is outstanding. Definitely worth the money and will be buying again.
